When it came to planning the KK Cruise, the foundation was, without doubt, the community: the hundreds of thousands of members who have been a part of KK over the years. “I’ve seen the journey, the transformation, and the empowerment we’ve had the privilege of witnessing in people,” she explains. The cruise was designed to reflect that journey, to create a space where each guest feels seen, heard, and supported.

Tash’s approach to customer experience is highly personal. “I wanted to ensure that each of our guests knew they could reach out to me directly. Whether it’s guiding them through the booking process, helping them choose the perfect cabin, or talking about what they want from the cruise, I’m here for them,” she says. Her involvement doesn’t end at booking; she also works to ensure that guests can attend KK events prior to the cruise so they can understand the community they are stepping into, and get a feel for the values that Killing Kittens holds dear.
Tash will be onboard throughout the entire cruise, making sure every request is handled with care. Whether it’s an anniversary celebration, a birthday surprise, or simply making sure someone’s favourite drink is waiting for them at dinner, Tash and her team are there to make it happen. “It’s the little details that make a big difference,” she says. “We want each guest to feel truly special, and we’re working closely with the Azamara team to make sure everything is seamless.”
